Is Paper Typer Safe: Reviewing the AI Essay Writing Tool

So, let’s take just a few minutes to talk about what this AI service does precisely.

It’s your standard AI essay writer (or an AI essay generator), which has become extremely popular with students seeking help writing essays and completing a research paper.

They more or less pretend they’re the solution to all things academic writing and that an AI essay typer tool can replace real human writers with solid writing skills.

And sure, this program is an AI paper writer that attempts to address some writing challenges students face. If you aren’t as keen on using AI in your essays, they also offer a human option, although it’s obvious that their human writing component is just as bad as every other low-quality essay mill out there right now.

The issue lies in what happens if students attempt to use a generated essay from this program for anything in their academic life.

There’s a Huge BUT To Take Into Account...

Unfortunately for them, the content generated by Paper Typer AI is (obviously) AI-generated.

In other words, it is completely unsuitable for students’ academic writing needs.

Students can’t submit an AI essay or any other academic papers to any major university and expect to get away with it. That’s absolutely ridiculous and will tank your academic performance because it can be detected very, very easily with standard AI and plagiarism checkers.

You can’t use an essay generator tool’s features for academic work because every professor under the sun scans for AI-generated content in submitted work these days.

Your professors are not stupid; they know that there are essay generators out there that anybody with an internet connection can access.

Paper Typer is Just an AI Generator - And NOTHING Else!

You see, Paper Typer is an AI generator program that is basically just connected to ChatGPT on the back end. They just dress up a user-friendly interface for it. They try to rebrand free tools as something new and different and trick you into thinking using their watered-down version on your academic work is a good idea.

So, honestly, even if you need a letter generator or something like that, you might as well use the free or paid plans on ChatGPT and get the same thing without giving these guys your money. You'll get higher-quality output, at the very least.

In either case, you'll likely get detected as having used AI and probably fail your assignment. Using AI carries a serious penalty these days in almost every university out there...

This is (to put it lightly) insanity, meaning Paper Typer’s overall essay quality is extremely low.

While they claim to have an “AI-detector” built-in on their website, this is actually little more than a sham. The plagiarism checker is supposed to ensure the originality of writing but fails to detect AI content accurately.

I ran two essays through their detector and Turnitin and found that the results could not have been more different. Even on a very tight deadline, the headache of having to rewrite your essays is not worth the initial saved time.

What Does Paper Typer Offer?

So, I don’t totally understand Paper Typer in many ways.

I’ve largely figured out that Paper Typer is pretty much useless for essay writing on complex topics and even for doing basic stuff like writing a discussion board or a single informative paragraph (even with the paragraph assistant).

However, I wanted to see how it worked with the “citation generator,” which can supposedly save you time when writing correct citations. It would seem like a pretty good deal if that’s true, especially when you have many sources to cite.

Surprise, surprise, the citations were not up to standard either. Their grammar checker is also not that great.

Even though I could use Paper Typer if it worked well, it is useless and a total waste of money.

If you don’t fully understand AI and its workings, it might look like a magic bullet that will forever solve your academic essay problems.

After all, it’s a magic little tool that can write essays for students. What’s not to love?

The issue is that almost everyone and their mother knows about artificial intelligence at this point, and nearly every college in the United States is scanning essays for AI.

They do this using a program called Turnitin, which is basically the Mercedes Benz of AI and plagiarism detection. AI detection tools are becoming increasingly sophisticated, making it difficult for AI-generated content to go undetected.

Proof That Their Content Gets Detected

In fact, I generated three papers with Paper Typer AI and then dropped them into Turnitin myself to show you the results.

While Paper Typer did generate a decent enough draft of an essay, it was extremely hard to get the AI detection percentage to go down, even after a few rewrites.

While the paid subscription to Paper Typer AI includes additional “AI tools,” they do not significantly improve the detection issue.

If you’re wondering, “Is Paper Typer AI good,” this alone should answer your question!

Another clue that shows Paper Typer is not legit is their foreign writers.

Foreign Writers & An AI Essay Writer - A Recipe For Disaster!

Now, let’s assume that you’re not totally put off by this company, and for some crazy reason, you choose to work with them when it comes to writing essays and the writing process.

You might think that their human essay writing section (the non-AI tool) part of their site is legit enough, but sadly, nothing could be further from the truth.

It’s extremely clear that PaperTyper is just another foreign-based essay mill. If this isn’t clear from the initial reviews you’ve read, you can tell it from their Cyprus-based address.

Yes, they’re based in an obscure little Middle Eastern country better known for being at war than a place where students can get very fresh digital material or where good paper writers hang out.

Another Terrible Review For PaperTyper AI

Unfortunately, this poor person got what was coming to them using PaperTyper AI. I bet they were also asking, “Is PaperTyper AI good,” only to be totally disappointed.

In short, this is one of the examples of how AI isn’t the easy way out that many students think it will be for them. It’s hard for students to get away with using AI on graded content for any essay types.

So, what’s the takeaway here? 

PaperTyper AI is a fraud. They claim to be a service that helps students with various subjects and challenging topics. Unfortunately, it’s just a standard AI writing tool that would be a complete disaster if you choose to use it.

Any program that claims to be a “paper typer” is just a front for ChatGPT, which, in addition to making for a ton of writing problems and not necessarily following an essay topic properly, can be detected by tons of tools that professors now have access to.

ChatGPT is among the free tools you can use. So, if you’re dead set on using AI, why not just call upon the option that doesn’t cost money? Just keep in mind that thousands of students have landed themselves in trouble with trying to hand in AI-generated essays.

Don't forget: PaperTyper is, in no way, a replacement for the professional writers that an essay writer and an accompanying service for students provide.

Using an AI essay generator is certainly against the rules of your course; your professors are aware of them, and they’re almost certainly scanning students’ work for any traces of an AI writer having been used.

Those aren’t odds you wanna play with, in my opinion.

Remember: AI Can ALWAYS Be Detected!

Any service that attempts to use AI to help you write essays knows that they can be detected by software like TurnItIn, and that they’re essentially setting you up to fail.

That’s an awful thing to do to students who need help. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.

AI can help with the learning experience and may even be a writing tool if you’re an absolute expert and can rewrite everything.

But (honestly) at that point, you might as well just write it all yourself. It’s hilarious that they market all these weird uses for their software, including generating “unique song lyrics” and other strange things when in reality, you probably just need help with an essay.
